What is Spiritual Enlightenment? Walking Earth with your soul energy. Feeling grateful for your challenges, successes and bliss. Using your soul energy and its wisdom to drive your life. Even in relationships.

That's it. Simple. Spiritual Enlightenment is the process of balancing your soul with Earth's duality, limits and experiences. Feeling whole, happy, balanced when things are good. When things get bad, feeling confident that you will conquer and rise above it.

You are a multi-dimensional being. Sometimes Earth might seem claustrophobic. You might feel boxed-in. That's normal. If you don't feel boxed-in, that's also normal! Each of us, as souls on Earth, are unique. If you feel boxed-in and limited, remember you chose this life. You're meant to be here at this time. And your Earth life is precious.

You're given this one life. Make it count. You instinctively know when you're walking against your Soul Path; and walking in it.

When you're walking against your Soul Path-Plan, nothing seems to work. Every day brings another challenge to conquer. Falling into depression is a signal you're off-plan, unless you're grieving a loss. Depression is part of grief. Grieving a loved one, marriage-divorce, home or job separation: depression naturally happens.

When in a non-grief state, depression is a signal "I'm off my soul-plan." Also means: "I'm paying attention to the wrong things. Filling my brain with meaningless distractions instead of meaningful wisdom and courage to move me forward with my Soul Plan."

What you resist, persists. Don't block or avoid truths. Stay open to your truth and truths around you. Make a commitment to truth. Walk Earth with integrity and honesty. Yours. Lies trip you up and waste valuable time. Why do that?

Little white lies like saying "I'm busy right now," when someone calls and you don't want to talk - that's different than real lies. Real lies are a form of betrayal. Knowing the truth and hiding or avoiding it - fearing the consequences of what you did. That's a real lie. Whether you're lying to yourself or other people. "I didn't break that," when you know you did, but you can't or don't want to, fix it. That's a real lie.

Your heart and soul are always attached to each other. Pay attention to your intuition and feelings. They're signals from your soul. This applies to women more than men. However, men do feel and have intuition too! They just feel and sense things differently than women. Here's a funny video from Mark Gungor about men and women's brains. Signals from your soul. You're given a Spiritual Team from God. Call them Angels, Spirit Guides, deceased Loved Ones, however you want to label them. They're your cheerleaders and wise souls who know all about you. You chose them before your physical birth - to help you walk Earth easily, effortlessly, and achieve your soul plan.

When you're wrestling with a decision or want to sense their connection and presence, ask your Spiritual Team for signs. Be specific. Remember you're a team. They can read your mind. Examples. "Hey team. I'm making a decision. Which is the correct one for me? For "yes", make a noise. For "no", be silent." Then mention each decision and wait for the signal you chose. If you hear nothing, that means you haven't discovered the right answer yet. I use this method all the time. When I'm outdoors, I'll ask my Team for bird signals if answer is "yes". "If answer is yes, send me a hawk." Fool-proof. Never fails. Sometimes the "yes" answer is harder to do than the "no" answer. I try the "no", get off-plan, then ask them again for "yes" answer. Earth has time limits. What is a "yes" yesterday might be a "no" today.

Always check-in with your Spiritual Team. You don't need a psychic-medium, unless you're totally blocked from your soul and your Team. Depression can block you. Grief can block you. Psych drugs (SSRIs, anti-anxiety) or medical marijuana can also block you. Being a victim of violent crime can block you. That doesn't mean those experiences WILL block you. Just means they might.

Don't over-complicate it. Lots of signal types exist to help guide you along your Earth path as a soul. Choose just one type. Change it up when you want. A pendulum used with intention. "Hey team. Give me the correct answer. Swing North for yes. Swing South for no." Stop lights are also a good signal. "Give me all green lights today. Show me you're there." Another method/signal: Animal appearances or sounds. My personal favorite because I often use mini-book "Animal Speak" when I'm blocked. I travel with it, no matter where I am in USA. My Team knows that and gives me signals that way. Don't over-complicate it. Choose one method. Stick to it for a month or longer. I'm frugal. Usually choose the free, or cheapest method. Stop Lights or sounds.

Soul Signals. I use them since 1977. That's how I know they work! Try it.

Your Spiritual Team awaits your instructions. Tell them how to communicate with you. You choose "how". Last 15 months, I've been on the road: US Southwest, Northeast coast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic states. Different states, flora, fauna, and seasons. To keep my Team on their toes, from Jan-April, asked them to send me a Cardinal or Hummingbird as a signal. Stayed in Hilton Head, SC this March during Spring Break. No Cardinals or Hummers. Walking the beach one cool morning, a Hummingbird flew over my head! At 6am sunrise. Unbelievable. Then the pelicans flew past. Also saw a pod of dolphins. It was a gorgeous morning.

When we're stressed, it's harder to know our next best steps. Practice your Team communication method when you're relaxed. Make it a game. Remember their main goal: helping you. When life throws you crap, they kick into over-drive. They actually get excited! They love helping you. Knowing how to communicate makes your life easier and their goals easier to reach.

You can also use same method to manifest. Asking your Team for help. When you wake up, tell them what you want: "Today, I want easy." Or "I want to feel loved and nurtured." Or "I want success." Let them help you. That's why they exist! Helping you feel happy, whole, grounded. As your soul intends. As God intended for you. Life isn't fair. God is. He gave you all the talents, tools, gifts and Spiritual Team to help you walk your Soul Path on Earth. Lean into that. Remember that. Believe it. Your life is precious. Your soul is unique and beautiful. It is happy to be here - on Earth. Your soul chose this life. Your Soul Alchemy: Transcending trauma, grief or tragedy. Moving through that Hell and its ugly emptiness. Rising like a Phoenix afterward - toward a beautiful, fulfilling life. That's your soul power. And God's wish for you.

Quick note about this week's Catholic Annunciation School shooting. Pure Evil. Shooter, like most mass shooters since Columbine, on psych drugs, mentally ill and/or manipulated with anti-human ideology. I share same belief as Tom Cruise and Robert F Kennedy, Jr. Psych drugs create psychosis, darkness and evil inside a person, especially if under age 25. They disconnect you from your soul and God. Masks symptoms and cause. Mental illness exists. Can be cured or maintained with effective, correct therapy, good food, supplements, proper exercise. Without drugs. Prescribing anxiety drugs, or SSRIs, or hormone therapy to our youth (under age 25): harms them for life. Our human brains, neurons, emotions, hormones not balanced and matured until we reach age 25. Prescribing psych drugs damages kids. RFKJ releasing studies proving this in next 60 days.

I experienced toughest times in life without drugs (prescription or not) and alcohol. It is possible. After my myomectomy (hysterectomy lite), used painkillers for 3 days. Then stopped. Used Xanax once back in 1990s for anxiety. Got brain-fog. Stopped it after 4 days. Our souls are meant to experience life sober. As unfair as life is - using substances makes life worse. You add an extra challenge. Your body knows how to heal itself. Fuel it well. Be patient. Even today at age 61, I rarely drink and use one drug: aspirin. Fuel my body with healthy food, supplements, hydration, exercise and stretching. No aches and pains. I'm not that special. If I can do it, so can you.

Trans movement? I'm 200% against it. God is against it. I spoke about this in 2023 (Feb - July 2023) on my Current Events Blog. You can read it there. Trans is anti-human ideology. It exists to decrease population in Western civilization - through mass shootings and sterilizations. And the new money-maker for Elites. Translation: Trans Movement is a deliberate act of Evil. A 4-year-old or 13-yr-old doesn't know about genders. They're taught that. By teachers, school admins, internet, social media, and now kid-age movies and shows. After hormone therapy and Trans surgery, kids cannot conceive nor experience adult pleasure later in life. Suicidal and homicidal thoughts? Obvious side-effect. Even Psychology experts know this. Support Trans Movement at your own risk. It's anti-human and anti-God. If you believe and love God, you know this.

Psychology experts just now understanding this: most common treatments for mental illness and psychosis today - ineffective. Psychology profession often behind the 8-ball. Takes them decades to see trends, adjust and create better treatments. They didn't realize violent crime victims and military vets experienced PTSD, nor knew how to treat PTSD. Until after 9/11 (2001) - when it affected therapists. Psychiatrists prescribe drugs. They don't treat the root causes of mental illness. They don't use "talk therapy". Psychiatrists are pill-pushers. No different than street thugs selling fentanyl or meth.

All mass shootings in US and abroad since 1990s: completely preventable. People knew the shooter(s) was a problem. Most asked for help - like MN Catholic school leaders did. Parents of Columbine shooters did. Parents of Laughner (Tucson Gabby Giffords' shooter) did. Their pleas dismissed by feckless leaders &/or experts.

Back to topic. Balancing Earth with your Soul energy.

Epstein stuff is nothing compared to what I know and held privately last 40 years. After murders of my brother and sister (37 years ago today), my family and I believed it was a "hit job". You'll find out soon - through other sources. Since 1985, I knew we lived in a world of illusion and lies.

Creating the life you want, suffering from murder grief and other awful life experiences, while knowing Evil exists on Earth, and "good guys" aren't always good guys - another balancing act. You learn to keep your mouth shut.

By age 8, I learned to balance my psychic gifts with Earth experiences. And appear normal. How to straddle both realms: Earth and Heaven. Without most people noticing.

By age 20, learned most people didn't know what I knew - about our society, politics, and ugly, Evil side of humanity. Felt like an outsider. Couldn't talk about what I knew. Watched people live life based on what media broadcast. While I knew differently and learned to stay quiet about it - for our safety. I know the Swamp runs deep and wide. Since 1985.

By age 24, I became an orphan and only child. My brother (26) and sister (20) killed at our family shop in Houston. Their spouses, my parents and I - vacant empty shells for a long while. Escaping through alcohol or drugs: my sister's husband and my brother's wife did that. I didn't. My parents didn't. I respected and understood their spouses' reactions to deaden the pain. Even though that wasn't my choice. It never occurred to me - leaning on drugs or alcohol. Wasn't built that way. Taught to face life head-on, sober. Dad taught us that: the power of our souls.

This year 2025: Number 9 year. In Numerology, it reflects completion and Truths Revealed. You'll learn some big truths this year, by year-end. Truths that answer your intuition or 6th sense. About 9/11, your government, the Swamp, geopolitics, and other society questions you might have. Some things may surprise you. Worse than Epstein stuff. Some things won't. Testing your intuition.

You'll also learn truths about you - as a soul. The unbelievable power you carry within you. Your connection with God and how important that is.

Knowing truths is good. As human souls on this planet, we want to know the truth. We yearn for truths. We're tough enough to handle them. Even if truth is bad or horrible, we want to know. Not for curiosity. To stretch our soul muscles. Two truths we often fear: "He/she doesn't love me." Or "My love (spouse, child, family) died." At the same time, the sooner we know, the sooner we can heal.

Another Spiritual Tip -Life Hack. No matter what truths you learn, know what you can control and what you can't. Focus on what you can control. Your individual life. Don't get distracted. Don't let distractions waste your valuable energy and time.

You have this ONE life. In this one body with your unique mix of talents, gifts, challenges, heart, soul and mind. You may not have this heart-body-mind-soul combination again. Make it count.

After my 1998 NDE, I learned a new life trick. Sometimes I forget to use it and fall off my Soul Plan. Here it is. Try it.

Often ask yourself: "When I die, will today's actions show I spent my life wisely or wastefully? Did I accomplish what I wanted? Will I be happy with my life, when I review it after death? If I died tonight or tomorrow. Will I be satisfied with time spent here? Or sad that I wasted it?" That's the other art of Spiritual Enlightenment. Imagine how your soul will react after your death. Satisfied or disappointed? With your life journey. Not other people's treatment of you. Blame is wasteful game. When you crossover after death, you don't look at others' actions, you look at YOURS. 1980s Movie "Defending Your Life" has much truth to it. Watch it. So does 1970s movie "Heaven Can Wait" with Warren Beatty, who's sister is Shirley MacLaine.

Your life is precious. Make it count. Move toward wholeness, success, happiness, love. That's what your soul wants. That's true Spiritual Enlightenment. Use your soul energy to make things happen in this physical world.

Your heart and soul know how "fulfillment" feels. If you wonder what it feels like, you're not yet connected fully to your heart and soul. They aren't fully aligned. Check your thoughts. Our minds can distract or disconnect our heart-soul connection. That's why SSRIs are bad for us.

Fulfillment. You know it when it happens. You know when you're walking your Soul Plan and when you're not. When you're off-plan, ask your Spiritual Team for help. Start with the signals. Let them show you, when you can't see. Work with them. They're part of your soul and part of God. You are part of God. God created the terms: gave you "your soul", your Earth talents, gifts and Spiritual Team to assist you. God wants you to feel happy and whole. Life isn't always fair. God is. He's given you everything you need to create the life you and your soul desire.

Don't waste your soul time on Earth. You worked hard to get here. There's a long waiting list of souls wishing to live on Earth. Life isn't fair. But. Life IS meant to be good. You can make it so. You have more power than you realize.

Learning about the evils of society and wanting justice: that's normal. If something isn't part of your Soul Plan, you'll know it. You won't care about it. However. To live your best life, detach from technology (social media, phone, computer, internet) at least 2 hours/day and turn off everything while you're sleeping. Strong radiation and EMF waves with technology nowadays. 5G towers don't help. When you disconnect from tech, your mind slows and your soul soars. You re-attach to your human soul. Peace happens.
